His professional expertise includes employee relations, regulatory compliance, organizational development, change management, DEI initiatives, employee engagement, and performance management. Warren received his Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy from Southern University A&M College, his Juris Doctorate from The University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, and holds a SHRM-SCP certification.
