Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor whose work centers on identifying what is strong rather than what is wrong, helping clients build on existing capacities to optimize well-being and performance. Her approach integrates Positive Psychology (University of Pennsylvania) with other evidence-based modalities. She specializes in anxiety, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), depression, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), and OCD in students and young adults, supporting them in understanding and managing symptoms while building confidence,
resilience, and independence. With a background in school psychology, she translates insight into clear, practical next steps, helping reduce blame and shame and making challenges feel more manageable.
