Mandi Morgan is a dedicated marriage and family therapist with a deep passion for fostering healthy relationships. She specializes in working with couples and family systems. Mandi excels in couples therapy and provides expert guidance to parents on effective communication strategies with their children, including those who are neurodivergent, such as those with ADHD, and anxiety. Additionally, Mandi works with young adults, helping them transition from childhood to adulthood and addressing the challenges this brings to both the individual and the family system. As a mother of two neurodivergent daughters, Mandi's unique blend of expertise in both therapy and education allows her to offer comprehensive support to families, helping them navigate the complexities of modern life with empathy and understanding.

Mandi holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University, a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Seton Hall University, and a BA in Humanities from Pepperdine University

Mandi leads with curiosity and compassion, creating a space where each person feels seen, heard, and respected without judgement.

Mandi was a Kindergarten teacher for many years and then was a working board member for Horizons and helped with all aspects of fund raising as well as family relationships with the family served and the organization itself. As a therapist, Mandi has worked with family systems, couples ( married, divorced, including those in the LBGTQ+ community), and individual work with young adults to adults, always with a systems focused approach.
