Ethan Bourque, MS, LPC

Psychotherapist

Ethan is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who works with children and adolescents as young as 8 years old, while also providing therapy for adults. He believes therapy should be a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

His approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With children, he uses developmentally appropriate and engaging strategies—often incorporating play, creativity, and skills-based interventions—to help them build emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthy ways of expressing themselves. He also values working closely with parents and caregivers to support meaningful change beyond the therapy room.

In his work with adults, Ethan draws from CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients better understand thought patterns, manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and align their actions with their values. He supports adults navigate anxiety, mood concerns, life transitions, stress, and personal growth.

Ethan strives to meet each client where they are, honoring their unique strengths and experiences. Whether you are seeking support for your child or for yourself, Ethan’s goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools for lasting change.
