David Porrino, Psy.D., is a clinical neuropsychologist and licensed psychologist providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults across Fairfield County and Westchester County. Dr. Porrino oversees the Diagnostic Testing Services Program at Sasco River Center and consults with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams. He specializes in identifying cognitive strengths and weaknesses, clarifying diagnoses, and developing data-driven recommendations for treatment, educational, and vocational planning. His approach integrates a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, recognizing individual differences while maintaining a strong clinical and diagnostic focus.

Outside of work, Dr. Porrino enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two dogs. He’s an avid golfer, enjoys staying active, and is a dedicated New York Yankees fan.
