Christy Hahn, LMSW, MBA is a child and family therapist who works with children, adolescents, and their caregivers. She provides trauma-informed, strengths-based care and has experience supporting clients with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, school-related challenges, and behavioral concerns. She also has a particular interest in working with high-achieving and perfectionistic adolescents navigating stress and performance pressures.
Christy earned her Master of Social Work from Sacred Heart University, where she was inducted into both Phi Alpha and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. She completed her clinical training at the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut, where she provided individual therapy, conducted assessments, and collaborated closely with families, schools, and community providers. Her work integrates cognitive behavioral and play-based approaches, tailored to meet each child’s developmental needs, and includes partnering with parents to strengthen family communication and support lasting change.
Prior to transitioning into clinical social work, Christy spent over 20 years in leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, where she led national training and development initiatives. She brings this depth of professional experience into her clinical work, offering a thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded presence for both clients and families.
