Lindsay received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Behavior Science with a concentration in Disability Studies from the University of Delaware, then went on to pursue her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Sacred Heart University where she became the Vice President of the Student Occupational Therapy Association and graduated with Honors.
Lindsay completed her first Level II fieldwork with Constellation Health Services in the Fairfield school system where she delivered a presentation to staff on resources for special education students to promote successful participation in emergency drills. She completed her second Level II fieldwork at Hartford Hospital in the inpatient rehabilitation department where she gained valuable experience treating clinically diverse patients. Lindsay has always been interested in working with the pediatric population.
During her time in undergraduate school, she worked as a Children & Youth program coordinator, hosting recreational activities to foster social participation among participants with various disabilities. Lindsay is passionate about helping children and their families to develop the skills they need to successfully engage in their most important activities.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys cooking, hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
