Laurie is a Nutrition and Wellness Educator helping adults and children understand the link between nutrition and brain and body health. She advises clients on the importance of nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress. She enjoys empowering clients of all ages with ideas, knowledge and strategies that focus on fueling the body and brain for optimal performance.
She a frequent community speaker and has worked with both children and adults in a variety of settings including schools, Girl Scout meetings, parenting groups and corporate businesses.
Laurie is the mom of 4 children and a certified yoga teacher. She especially enjoys teaching yoga to tweens and teens as a strategy to increase confidence and self empowerment skills as well as stress management.
