Kelly graduated from Bucknell University with a B.A. in Psychology and also studied aboard at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.
She spent ten years working for Ralph Lauren Corporation as the Director of Finance and Operations of their Global Wholesale Businesses and Creative Services.
Prior to Ralph Lauren, she worked as a junior analyst for King Street Capital Management.
