Prior to getting her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Ariane had experience in both the corporate and entertainment worlds and raised two children. These experiences give her counseling a distinct perspective on family, career, and life cycle challenges allowing her to comfortably help others identify strengths, prioritize issues, and achieve goals. Through the lens of structural and strategic models, she incorporates narrative and solution-focused principles into her work with a strength-based, collaborative approach. Her empathy and compassion create a safe space committed to the well-being and personal development of her clients.
Ariane treats individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, and other life transitions. In addition to her work with individuals, Ariane possesses expertise in helping families identify patterns that are not working and create solutions that promote growth. She specializes in working with adolescents and parents through launching, supports adults through parenting and couples issues, and has experience with in-patient addiction and mental health care. More recently, she has begun work with younger children, assisting them to develop coping strategies to manage stress and promoting an understanding of the strengths they already have to resolve challenges in their lives.
