Introduction & Overview of Setting
The Sasco River Center (“Sasco”) is seeking one to two neuropsychology fellows with a pediatric focus for the 2023-2025 training cycle, with an anticipated start date of September 5, 2023. Our neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship program was developed using the Houston Conference Guidelines for postdoctoral training in clinical neuropsychology. However, our neuropsychology fellowship is not an APPCN member program, and we do not participate in the APPCN match. Please also note that we are also accepting applicants for a one-year clinical psychology postdoctoral program through a separate process via the APPIC portal. Please access resources via APPIC for materials pertaining to those programs.
Sasco is an outpatient multidisciplinary group practice providing neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations, psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, occupational therapy, speech-language services, and learning services to patients in the Fairfield County, CT area. Our population primarily includes children, adolescents, and young adults, though adults are occasionally seen here for treatment and assessment as well. Our main location is in Darien, CT, which is about 40 miles from Manhattan. We also have satellite offices in Wilton and Stamford, CT. Sasco is owned by ARC Health – a premier group of mental healthcare practices who have come together as partners while maintaining their individual identities.
